	Ice Storm Debris Pickup: The final pass in urban Norman will begin on Monday, February 18, 2008 and end on Friday, February 29, 2008.  This will be the last opportunity for residents to clear their properties of storm debris at no charge.  City Debris Update Page.
	Traffic lights are being installed along Tecumseh Road at the intersections of 36th Avenue, Interstate Drive, and the I-35 northbound on/off ramp.  Construction will begin on February 28th and continue through the end of May.  See the city press release for details.
	Curbside Recycling will begin March 3rd, 2008.  For more information please go to RecycleNorman.com.
	Our Landscaping Committee is responsible for implementing plans to cleanup and update the overall appearance of our entrances and the rest of the addition.  If you are interested in assisting, contact Brad Grant, the chairman, or Reliance Property Management.
	Our Social Committee is planning a calendar of special events.  In order to ensure the success of these events, the committee will be enlisting the assistance of volunteers.  Please contact Brenda McKellar or Reliance Property Management if you would like to offer your help.  These events will be fun for all kids, ages 2 to 92.
	Berkeley HOA board meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.  Homeowners are welcome to attend: check the calendar for locations.  If you have a concern you would like addressed on the meeting's agenda, please contact Reliant Property Management at least 10 days prior to the meeting.
